About
I'm an engineer accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers in networks and communications, with experience split across two tracks that feed each other: procurement quality control on large-scale projects, and ICT and telecom network engineering.
On the quality side, I review vendor prequalification packages and material submittals against project specifications and international standards, review Inspection and Test Plans, and chair pre-inspection meetings with vendors, third-party agencies and client representatives through to final material release.
On the engineering side, my background is in network design and implementation, routing and switching, ICT infrastructure, fiber optic systems, network security and performance monitoring. I lead field teams and take work through to client acceptance.

Procurement Quality Control Supervisor
Modern Building Leaders Co. Ltd.- Review vendor prequalification packages, material submittals and purchase requisitions against project specifications and international standards, tracking approval status through to material release.
- Review Inspection and Test Plans, confirm hold and witness points, and maintain submittal logs to monitor status and turnaround of each package.
- Arrange and chair Pre-Inspection Meetings with vendors, third-party inspection agencies and client representatives, and issue inspection notifications within the contractually required periods.
- Close out inspection findings and Comment Response Sheets with vendors and the consultant, and maintain complete quality records in line with ISO 9001:2015 for full traceability and audit readiness.
